Responsibilities


Leader of Clinical &a; Revenue Cycle Applications


  • Oversee all phases of application project delivery life cycle and provide leadership to application and operational teams.
  • Ensure clear communication and execution of technical requirements to keep clinical application projects on track.
  • Maintain close communication with stakeholders and act as a liaison between application and technical teams.
  • Assist in developing project work plans, task sequencing, and coordinating project activities across multiple areas.
  • Identify and manage risk factors associated with application implementation.
  • Develop, communicate, and manage the application environment strategy.


Provides on-going project management and status reporting at all levels.


  • Develop, track, and execute project plans and budgets.
  • Define and document high-level business requirements.
  • Manage resources and coordinate across projects and regions to meet delivery commitments.
  • Manage scope and change management process for clinical applications implementation.
  • Monitor project status, prepare performance reports, and make recommendations for improvements.


Responsible for the administration of the EPIC Clinical &a; Revenue Cycle Application environment to include:


  • Support and maintain WellStar software to meet organizational business needs.
  • Provide input into budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Collaborate within and across organizational units to ensure customer satisfaction and support service delivery.


Qualifications


Required Minimum Education


  • Bachelor&s;s Degree Required
  • Master&s;s Degree Preferred


Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s)


  • EPIC certification is strongly preferred.

Required Minimum Experience


  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience in applied areas of health care Required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role Required
  • Minimum 2 years EPIC experience Required
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience managing implementations of large-scale, complex, multi-disciplined, cross-functional and highly visible projects/programs and cross organizational teams Required
  • Significant project management experience with proven ability to manage, execute, control and achieve closure of large, complex projects Required
  • Experience with business process redesign, benefits realization and project planning in a healthcare environment Required
  • Possess a strong background in healthcare with large software application design and implementation projects Required
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with hospital departments and/or medical practices and cross-functional teams, and to deliver projects on time and on budget Required
  • Significant experience in evaluating software packages and working with application vendors and system integrators Required

  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and customer relation skills
  • Experience managing large complex projects and has strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrates extensive experience in client relationship management
  • Excellent analytical ability and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and other IT staff
  • Demonstrated effectiveness interfacing and negotiating with clients, internal customers and vendors.
  • Leadership and ability to motivate others.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
