Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner -Make high volumne amount of calls daily to existing and prospective customers.
-Generate leads from web.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience - Utilize call center software to efficiently manage and document customer interactions - Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures is a plus - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to handle challenging situations with composure.
Please note that this is not a remote position.
The call center representative will be expected to work on-site at our location.
